Find Your Body’s Wisdom. Rewrite Your Story.
Trauma-Informed Books for Nervous System Healing and Emotional Strength
Welcome to HARZ Publishing
HARZ Publishing began with a single goal—to tell real stories that stay with you. Our journey started with a chilling story based on true events and its sequel, both exploring the thin line between reality and the supernatural. Each book draws from real experiences, transforming fear and mystery into powerful storytelling.
From there, we’re expanding into coming-of-age stories and other meaningful works that reflect the human experience. We also write books about healing, because almost everyone is broken in some way. Through every story, we aim to remind readers that even the darkest chapters can lead toward light and understanding

Perched on the Rooftop
Based on real events
What begins as a quiet family story soon turns into something far more unsettling. Perched on the Rooftop follows aunt Minda in a small town where strange noises and shadowy figures become part of daily life. At first, no one believes what she sees—the footsteps in the living room, the whispering voices at night, the shows coming out of the walls, the constant scratching from the rooftop. But as the encounters grow more intense, the family begins to face the truth: something dark has taken hold of their home.
Drawn from true experiences, this book blends real-life events with haunting detail to explore what happens when the ordinary world cracks open and the supernatural slips through. It’s not just a ghost story—it’s a look at fear, faith, and the unseen forces that test a family’s bond.
Perched on the Rooftop is the first in a series of true-event horror stories from HARZ Publishing, setting the stage for its gripping sequel, The Guardian in the Corner.
The Guardian in the Corner
Based on real events
The haunting that began in Perched on the Rooftop didn’t end—it evolved. In The Guardian in the Corner, the darkness returns stronger, smarter, and closer than ever. About a year after the first encounter, the family tries to rebuild a sense of normal life, but something still lingers in the shadows. It doesn’t rattle the windows or whisper from the rooftop this time—it waits quietly in the corner, watching.
What seems like protection at first soon reveals a disturbing truth. The presence that once felt like a guardian hides a much deeper purpose, one tied to old rituals, buried guilt, and human hands behind the haunting.
Based on true events, The Guardian in the Corner blends the supernatural with the psychological, showing that not every evil wears a ghost’s face. It’s a story of survival, faith, and the unseen forces—both human and otherworldly—that shape our lives long after the lights go out.
This chilling sequel from HARZ Publishing continues the real-life horror series that began with Perched on the Rooftop, leading readers one step deeper into the mystery that started it all.

After sharing our true-event horror stories, HARZ Publishing is taking a different path—one that leads from trauma toward healing. The same author who wrote "Perched on the Rooftop" and "The Guardian in the Corner" lived through the experiences that inspired them. Those stories weren’t just about fear; they were about the pain that lives in silence, the kind that lingers long after the haunting ends.
That’s why our next chapter focuses on somatic healing. Because almost everyone carries some pain, healing takes time and effort—it doesn’t happen overnight—it’s a long road that begins in the body and reaches the mind. From one end lies trauma, and on the other, the gradual return to peace.
What makes HARZ Publishing unique is that we don’t separate those worlds. Many authors write about the events that cause trauma, and others write about how to heal it—but rarely does anyone explore both sides from lived experience. We tell the whole story—the darkness and the recovery that follows. Our mission helps readers see that every pain holds purpose and that each story—no matter how haunting—can lead to healing.
Introducing Somatic Healing
At HARZ Publishing, our path naturally led from writing about trauma to exploring the healing process. After years of carrying pain, the author learned that healing doesn’t begin in the mind—it starts in the body. Somatic healing is about reconnecting with the body’s wisdom, learning to listen to what tension, breath, and movement are trying to say. It’s a way to release what the body has been holding for too long.
Many people try to think their way out of pain, but the body remembers everything. Through somatic healing, we learn to move, breathe, and feel again—to let the body finish what trauma once left incomplete. We write about this work because almost everyone carries some form of pain, and each person deserves the chance to recover and feel whole again.
Our goal is to help readers bridge the gap between pain and peace, showing that healing is not just possible—it’s real.
Somatic Healing for Beginners
Somatic Healing for Beginners invites readers to reconnect with the wisdom of their own bodies. It’s a gentle, practical guide for anyone who has carried pain, stress, or trauma for too long and is ready to find calm from the inside out. Instead of focusing only on thoughts or emotions, this book helps you understand how your body holds memory—and how movement, breath, and awareness can release what words cannot.
Each chapter offers simple exercises, reflections, and guidance to help you feel safe in your body again. You’ll learn to recognize tension, calm your nervous system, and rebuild trust between body and mind.
Written with warmth and understanding, Somatic Healing for Beginners shows that healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence. Every small step you take toward awareness is a step toward peace.
