Find Your Body’s Wisdom. Rewrite Your Story.

Trauma-Informed Books for Nervous System Healing and Emotional Strength

We bring a trauma-informed lens to everything we publish. That means we honor lived experiences, we avoid quick-fix thinking, and we prioritize safety, slowness, and compassion. We design each book to meet you where you are, not where someone says you should be.

Whether you're healing from old wounds, facing daily overwhelm, or supporting others on their journey, we hope our work provides you with something steady to hold onto: grounded insights, body-based practices, and real stories that reflect life as it is.

Welcome to HARZ Publishing

We’re so glad you found us. This website is the home of our growing somatic book series—created for real people living through stress, trauma, burnout, anxiety, or simply longing to feel more at home in their bodies. If you’ve tried everything and still feel stuck, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place.

We know healing isn’t linear. It doesn’t always start with significant breakthroughs or perfect routines. Sometimes it begins with a quiet moment. A breath. A page. A reminder that what you feel makes sense.

That’s why we make books that speak to the body as much as the mind. Carefully crafted, each title is to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your emotions, and cultivate steady inner strength over time.

More from the Author: Personal Stories Inspired by True Events

At HARZ Publishing, our core mission is healing, whether through practical somatic tools or deeply personal storytelling. In addition to our growing wellness series, I also write true-to-life supernatural suspense and personal stories rooted in my own lived experiences. These books go beyond entertainment. They carry the emotional weight of genuine memories, genuine fear, and genuine transformation.

My novels, Perched on the Rooftop and The Guardian in the Corner, are inspired by events that occurred during my childhood—moments that haunted me, confused me, and, over time, shaped who I am today. They are stories that stayed buried for years, lingering as nightmares and unexplained shadows until I found the courage to write them down.

Yes, they read like horror—but they’re grounded in truth. The fear you’ll feel in these pages is the same fear I lived through: the suspense, the strange rituals, the eerie encounters—they’re not inventions. I use real names with care. These stories are fragments of lived experiences—told with emotional honesty and fictionalized details to protect the privacy of those involved. I rooted the events in truth, then shaped certain elements to preserve dignity and deepen their meaning.

Writing these books was not just an act of storytelling—it was an act of survival. Writing helped me see it. Scene by scene, I began to notice how trauma had taken hold in my body. My nervous system had been holding stories I hadn’t been able to speak. These novels weren’t just stories—they were part of how I was finding my way through.

If the past has ever stayed with you, without warning, without words—these stories might speak to something in you that self-help books can’t always reach. There’s no manual here. Just a way to feel seen. A way to release what’s been sitting inside us. A quiet reminder that you’re not the only one who’s felt this.

No steps or lessons here—just parts of what I lived through. You might see a reflection of yourself in them, or perhaps not. Either way, remember that you are not alone; someone else has likely experienced this as well. They explore what happens when fear hides in plain sight—and what it takes to reclaim your voice, your body, and your truth.

Through both fiction and nonfiction, I hope to meet you where you are.

I picked up this somatic exercises guide when anxiety and tension had become my daily norm, and it’s been life-changing. The gentle movement and breathing routines helped me release stress stored in my body, and I’ve noticed less chronic pain and a calmer state of mind. It’s like therapy in your hands—simple, grounding, and deeply healing in just minutes a day. -Aldas
